Kitchen Diner Organisation
In this Kitchen the client had a large traditional dresser. It was used to store multiple items used by the whole family including table mats, winter clothing accessories, stationary, candles, party supplies, DIY and tech items. The client needed an organised system with categories so that her young family could quickly access the contents and maintain the systems easily.
Due to the large dog crate sitting alongside the kitchen cabinetry the dresser was currently sitting off centre under the large wall mirror. The client was keen to find a solution to re-arrange her furniture symmetrically.

Once the dresser was emptied and decluttered we rearranging the dresser top with the beautiful mirrored drinks tray as the focal point and framing it with the two newly potted plants. A new bespoke wood and iron dog crate was commissioned to fit between the dresser and the tall wine fridge. This allowed us to reposition the dresser centrally under the mirror. The dresser and the dog crate complimented each other very well and provided a solid surface to position the new seagrass storage basket containing organised dog accessories.
Items from within the dresser were then categorised and arranged into a variety of new felt storage boxes. These were ideal for the clients young children to use as they are soft, light weight and easy to move around. DIY and tech items were arranged in draw separators to keep cables and wires organised.
The end result was a functional, minimalist and maintainable storage system for a busy family with a new cosy stylish bed for their Labrador.
